Shouldn't it be lead by 5s?

well this is far more balanced, it's not just 10 science. It's 10 science ONLY in the Capital.
If the 50% science boost was kept, it would have to be only in the capital (or was that case?)

Yeah, seriously. If you're gonna do a 50% science boost... at least put the Venice restriction on them, and possibly penalize something else too... maybe culture would be harder to produce as a result.

yeah, as I mentioned before, even a Civ with one city and double science boost can outmatch most. Let alone a Civ that can get more than 1 city with a %50 science boost

Actually it used to be 50%, but the creator apparently nerfed the mod after I explained what happened while playtesting. So I wasn't wrong, just outdated, but anyways, good on you nomercyjeffc

it's not 50% bonus tech boost, it's a solid 10, it's going to put them ahead quite a bit, though that 10 will outstay it's welcome later on. They'll still get that head start though.

That being said, a couple things I would change, lower the volume on the diplomacy themes. They blast out of my speakers and drown other game sounds out. Also, I think there are some graphical errors especially with the civ icon in certain places like the tourism overview.

Yep, that being said, playtesting it, KND is really powerful and I've found when given to AI to control, it gets really dangerous, even on low difficulties, as while the computer went with a large KND civ, thus cancelling their combat boost, but the 50% science boost was still there, and they have the rest of the game eclipsed in tech. Seriously, their in Medieval era, while I and most of the other AIs are still stuck in Ancient and Classical Eras.

thanks. i'll get right on it
