Haven't played gmod in a while. I'd say hold C while aiming at the truck and if I remember correctly there's an option to change the skin. If I'm wrong or if that doesn't work then you might have a conflicting mod installed.

My guess is that this is not compatible anymore. Maybe due to a Photon update or the Truck itself. I don't really do support my old addons sorry. This is a 4 years old addon.
If I got time I'll check what's wrong with it and try to fix it.
