About the model
This is part of a small update on the upper east side of New York. There will be one release everyday. This is a typical 80s style condominium you can find in New York on the upper east side. These are brick monstrosities build in the 80s, with a huge variety of layers. This model has about 3372 tris and a 1024x1024 texture, with a diffuse, shadow, normal, illumination, color and specularmap.This model has a custom LoD, which is about 257 tris with a 512x128 texture, with a diffuse, color, specular, and illumination map.

RICO
If you want this building added to your RICO buildings, add it in the settings menu, under growables. I recommend using the realistic population mod, this will calculate the amount of occupants in the building.


About the building
Built in 1985, The Belgravia is a full service condominium with a beautifully landscaped private garden, resident's lounge, basement storage, a bicycle room and fitness center and is ideally located in the heart of the Upper East Side.

He might have redone it or shared it through his patron. We had a long standing collaboration on NYC buildings so I have a lot of local assets from him as well.

@Darf, hmmm well that's strange because it is nowhere in Prosper's creations... I just want to know what the building name is. I'm sure you're subscribed to it so if you can find out what the name is. I had it in my previous cities

What's the name of the brick corner building across the street with the white accents around the window in the top floor? I can't seem to find it anywhere in the workshop and I used to be subscribed to it before I had to unsub to everything. It is a very beautiful building and would love to use it again in my new city.

Im not sure, don't remember. I think it might actually be upscaled. The height is not off, but it's an 80s building, so roof height is lower than my other buildings.

I still love this building! But after using it in my cities I have the impression it is a bit underscaled. Are you sure you got the dimensions correct? The storeys seem a bit too low compared to your other buildings.
