Shame about the halberd models. The modding tools don't let you resize them? I suppose you could maybe use the Bretonnian halberd models, although you're right that the Orc ones do look more cruel and aged, like the normal/greatweapon grave guards.
One, if you zoom in then the polearms look almost comically oversized for the Grave Guard. I'm not quite sure what it is, but they seem... fat, I guess.
Second, the stats, while good, don't /feel/ like a halberd unit. Most halberd units have a relatively high melee defence to go with their defensive nature, but a mediocre melee attack that becomes great when the anti-large bonus applies. These are just... Average, I guess, at both.
