I confirmed it with the character "Wormwood".
I didn't notice it because it doesn't happen with other characters.

My tip for you would be to work on your steam descriptions and add new screenshots that shows what your mods actually does, its not very clear so to speak. and Kudos to you on your Inventory mod aswell which is awesome. Have a good one
