Description

v2.0 - Changed up voices to give it more elite lines to make the Spitter stand out more

Adds an RNG texture effect to MonkeyRebel117's Flood Elite Spitter Replacer as well as a complete voice replacer. While the video doesn't show it, there are 9 total skins for the armor.

Each and every spitter will have a random texture applied to it.
