1. Open the game folder. If you're not sure where it is, you can access it from the Steam properties menu (Browse Local Files).
   
2. From the game folder, open ExampleGame\Movies.
   
3. Rename the following files to any other names:
   
   • BIK_Boot_Capcom.bik
     
   • BIK_Boot_Legal.bik
     
   • BIK_Boot_NVIDIA.bik
   In case you want to restore them later, I recommend making a simple and obvious change such as adding an underscore to the beginning.

There is a minor side effect to this, which is that the game's title screen may briefly appear corrupted. This is because it normally finishes loading in the background, during the startup screens.
