Meteor & Cargo Spawns

Description
Changes spawn times of cargo ships and meteor waves for my DS.

Cargo spawn time:
Min: 120 minutes (D:13)
Max: 240 minutes (D:17)
First: 120 minutes (D:5)

Meteor Wave:
Min: 30 minutes (D:16)
Max: 120 minutes (D:24)
First: 30 minutes (D:16)

Meteor Wave Cataclysm
Min: 15 minutes (D:1)
Max: 60 minutes (D:1.5)
First: 15 minutes (D:1)

Meteor Wave Unreal
Min: 7.5 minutes (D:0.1)
Max: 30 minutes (D:0.3)
First: 7.5 minutes (D:0.1)

*NOTE*
Still working and no need for update, as of 20-09-17

@SwordShaman, I agree. I'll look into it when I get back to SE. The spawns for wolves and spiders are a different file to the meteor and cargo spawns, so I'm not sure if I'll include it in this mod or make another.

Could you add wolf/spider spawn rates? I've found them to spawn at ridiculous rates. Maybe something along the lines of Min: 60 Max:120?
