Description
* New map: King of the Hill. Fight over the ringworld in the center.
* Made Survival slightly bigger to support a larger economy.

* Verdant ships grow over time. +2% to hp, shields, and damage every 2 minutes. Lost on retrofitting.

* Trade stations increase income.
* Research station provides research points.
* Only one trade/research/outpost per system.

* Adds a simulator artifact. Can stack
* Command computer is now stackable

v0.12
* Buffed outpost to make it slightly more durable.
* Buffed research station. It was vastly underperforming compared to research complexes.

v0.13
* Made survival map bigger.
* Made Expanse harder so it doesn't get so huge so fast.
* Moved Verdant Ship bonus from the race to Sinew so acquired ships don't grow.
* Verdant ship stacks are now lost on retrofit as intended.

Interesting stuff. I might have to ask Alar about whether we should do some of this stuff. :o
