Oil tank - Fixed roof [Re-Upload] {AD}

Description
Tank with a fixed roof are meant for liquids with very high flash point like fuel oil or bitumen. These are insulated to prevent the clogging of certain materials.


Does nothing, no tourist, only for aesthetics.
