Happiness Matters: ATTILA/ROME II values

Description
ALL CREDIT TO USER: ZARKIS FOR THE ORIGINAL MOD.

This is an adjustment of Zarkis' fantastic "Happiness Matters" mod which adds provincial effects based on public order to Total War: Warhammer.

This mod makes simply imports the values of this system from ATTILA/ROME II into WARHAMMER. They are as follows:
