Works best on flat terrain
Scale is based off real life with slight adaptations but fits in well with vanilla buildings nevertheless.

To do polish list :

- Make custom LOD
- Make RICO plobable
- Create garage asset
- Fix chimeney
- Change fences textures
- Thumbnail

Just found your 2 “Toronto” style houses. They are really great and fill that working family older house niche in my old Toronto-inspired neighbourhoods.
