Description
I'm really bad at naming things as you can see. :P

Update 18th of April
New cliff texture at a higher resolution along with a new and much better normal map. Cliffs cover less areas giving you more grassy slopes and becoming less dominant. Since ruined now show more on slopes, that textures was reworked to be more subtle and greener. Mud and ore have had a small update to give better transition to other textures. See the last pictures for comparision between the old and new.

This theme came about as I wanted to make some swampy areas and wanted a wet mud look. It's temperate and it rains a fair bit (gotta keep that mud wet). It's got custom cliff, grass, oil, ore and pavement textures too.

All textures are 1024x1024, except the cliff texture at 2048x2048.

All screenshots are taken with Daylight Classic, Shofter Shadows and the Natural Color LUT on - I've included a few screenshots with the default temperate LUT, Cinematic HD and Photoreal Colour Correction

Just found this while trawling the workshop (as you do). New instant favourite - beautiful work.

@Big Bad Nonja: That would definately have been a better name for it! :P I think changing the name breaks the connection though like with assets, so people would get errors on saves which use it.

Samantha. How about a re-name to Bayou Wetlands? It looks alot like the areas found in Louisiana, Missouri, Alabama and Georgia USA. At least the southern halves of those states.

Looks so good and natural, I hope they give us some 2 or 4k reso support on cliff textures in the future, so we can scale 'em up without any doubt.

@boformer: True. I also have the neutral LUT. I compared to the temperate as that's the one you'll see loading it up without any LUTs on.

That looks nice! Just one thing: I think the european LUT is the closest to a neutral LUT (you can also find a neutral LUT in the workshop), so it is a better comparison choice than temperate.

Thank you and I agree! Hopefully some of our skilled map makers will make some one day. :)
