It is a nice house, but wrong category. Should be High Residence. Could you change that?

@bpaulhutson I went to the Realistic Population mod's workshop page...and this is the very first bullet point on there

- Low density houses are now one household, without an override.

@bpaulhutson I mean, why don't you just try them and place them in your city to see? nothing in this game is permanent, just don't save the game if it doesn't work the way you want it

@bpaulhutson who knows, I've never used realistic population mod. from what I understand it calculates based on the "inside volume" of the 3d model. I don't know exactly how it does that but it's not good because there's no telling what's happening on the inside of a 3d model that will never been seen.

Does this (or any other low-density apartments you've made) work with the realistic population and consumption mod? I like your apartment assets but I'm worried that I'll only end up getting only 1 household per building if I place them in my city.

@KingLeno thanks for the detailed response you've provided some very valid points. Too bad there just isn't a perfect solution here.
