WHERE?
At dragonreach, find a door and enter it (right from entrance, see pics). There will be a forge there called legendary forge.
All items can only be created at the legendary forge !

Till all is finnished.. i cant put a date on this.
Why beta?
just wanted to release the already finnished armor sets !

Will come later on. for now its the same mesh.
