Replaces the little toolgun HUD background to one showcasing the greatest character of all time *^*

For those wondering, the character is Izayoi Sakamaki and the anime is "Mondaiji-tachi ga Isekai Kara Kuru Sou Desu Yo?"

Thanks to CaptainBigButt for helping me solve some uploading troubles with this one.
