Added Rule Books that are much easier to read. (Protip: on multi-state items that have double digits enter 2-digit values, 01, 02, 12, 19, etc. to quickly switch to the desired state)

kinda wanted to play just the core game with friends so not to fluster newbies. what is the easiest way to set that up with this?

I have just found this amazing game on Steam. You put in a lot of time doing this and i, for one, thank you.
My son, wife and I have played it here twice now and all I can say is wow.
One question I have is the BDH cards all have leader backs which means they cannot be shuffed into the supply decks.
Unless that depends on removing the original from the decks first. Now that I write this that is probably why.
I am assuming Breaking Atmo is already in play.

@NarcissisticBadger This is amazing, really enjoyed a first game with some of my mates. However I noticed that the wanted placards form crime and punishment are missing. Could you double check on those?
