Description
Changelog, version 2.2 (November 19, 2022)
-Removed crystal from Pulse Miner and Laser Mining Tool's recipes

--

Returns picks and drills as craftable items, and other stuff. All tools are crafted at an anvil, with each tier introducing a new tier of tools.

Mining changes
-All mining tools now have a radius of 4.
-All tools within their class (pick vs. drill) have the same tile damage value, but different levels of durability.
-Some tools have been changed to better fit the real-life properties of their material.

Recipe changes
-Picks are craftable again.
-Picks and drills require different objects to craft, depending on the item and material

New tools
-Pulse Miner has been added. It behaves similar to the drill.
-Wood and stone pickaxes have been added.
-Iron, tungsten, titanium, and durasteel drills/pickaxes have been added.

Picks are slower and weaker than drills, but they last much longer. Drills are more powerful, but they break more easily.

Oh, call me stupid. How do I repair a pickaxe?
Or do I just have to throw it away?

Only tested the iron pickaxe so far because of missing other ores, but man, is this a game changer! Thank you man!

I am kind of sad that someone did all the work to add these tools and then the descriptions are kind of useless if you don't know already Starbound's logic for ores. Why? WHY?
Now I have to create each pickaxe to find out which ones are better or worse? If the comments are just for fun or for real? WHY???

Can anyone point me in the direction of some documentation that would help me learn how to create a patch that would make this compatible with the Many Tabs mod?

And Extended GUI did it too. Ok, I'm good now.

Ok, I got rid of Many Tabs. That did it.

@Red Marlin I'm getting a problem with the pickaxe tab floating in the menu. I am using the Many Tabs mod. Is that the problem or is it something else?

@Red Marlin i just tested out the new update for the inventory mod, the issues with this one have indeed been patched and everything works.

@warmainiac
Well then. My work here is done.
But really, if it still doesn't work, let me know and I will TRY to fix it on my end, but like I said the mod itself was just a hackjob of copy/pasting code from other files, so I can't promise I'll be able to fix whatever's going on.

As for the patch thing, I don't know what proper protocol is for it nowadays, but back when I last updated it, you only needed to patch things that were already in the game. The .miningtool files were for adding brand new items. Can't really patch what isn't there, no? But everything should be obtainable, I know that much.

@Red Marlin, you are a little behind because i think in one of the disscussions for the inventory mod there was a message saying a patch was made
