This mod adds Grand Dad (from the bootleg, 7 Grand Dad) that will chase you around.

Credit to Xyxen for the original Sanic nexbot addon. All I just did was change the skin and sounds.

hitler
with no moustache
steals his pets for his horrific plan
grand dad
has to rescue them but first
he'll stare
into your soul
and your cursed
beat up
dracula and
make your way into the future
then bludgeon hitler
and youve got your pets back!

in the, 7 game cart
hes the highest quality of fun
the controls can slip a little bit
and the lava section is the pits
BUT!
when youre
playing grand dad
youll have a high quality time
a bootleg-y time
youll have a grand old dad!
but the gameplays only half of it, and the story is, interesting
