UZI (10mm)

Part One of Three of my Christmas-in-July 2016 project.
Because it hadn't been ported into KF yet.
Also, since I noted a lack of 10mm Auto weaponry, I decided to adjust the UZI's magazine size and damage for what an IRL version could have, compared to the other SMG-type weapons. Weight is the same as the MAC-10, yet the damage is greater with a corresponding amount of muzzle climb for balance.
Note that the charging handle isn't pulled during reloads due to the UZI being an open-bolt design. Instead it's done during the "select" animation to prepare the weapon.
