Description

This Mod deletes the Confederation Bonus the AI will get on all Difficulties.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

AI gets a Bonus to Confederation, so it can faster confederate, when it has a relative Strength to the Player.
On higher Difficulties the Bonus is higher.

Savegame compatible.

Of course he does.
CA gives the Ai only Barebones as Cheats so that they don't die as easily.
They are not interested in any Balance Sort of a functioning Game World, but a Sandbox Player vs artificial Difficulty Experience.
