After re-starting the game a gazillion times while modding, I got really bored with watching the same beautiful, yet few, loading screens that came with the vanilla game. So for the sake of my sanity I decided to replace them with my choice of more than 100 loading screens.

Some look better than others, yet I tried to make them look and feel they belong together by using colorized photos from around the web to which I applied a Pixel Bender filter in Photoshop.

I will keep adding more over time and maybe I will remove those that look weird. There are photos from different countries, from the 30's, the 40's and a few from the 50's.

Like Forrest Gump's mom used to say: "Hearts of Iron IV is like a box of chocolates. You never know which loading screen you're gonna get". Well... at least when using the More Loading Screens mini-mod.

I guess modders will appreciate these. Use them in your own mods or for yourself while modding to add some diversity to your repetitive day.

Nice! I think that was the problem, can add to my collection now. It's definitely still working and probably the only good loading screen mods I've seen on the workshop. Thanks for the help!

I may have unlisted it in the past, and that may be the reason. Is it still working? I haven't played the game for a long time. I'll list again if it works.

Thanks for the reply. The mod works fine in the game, however it's just that whenever I try to put it into my mod collections for future use it displays this error:

"There was a problem adding this item to the following collections:

*Collection Name* - unknown failure"

Do you know of any way to fix this? It doesn't happen with other mods other than this and the lite version. Google was no help.

Hi. I haven't been updating it for a long time. Maybe I should unlist it. In the meantime, you can still grab it and use the retouched photos in your mod.

Hey, is this mod unlisted by any chance? I would like to add this mod to my collection but it's not working as of now. Same with the lite version. Thanks in advance!

Hello, i'm working on a mod, and i was wondering if i could use this mod in my work. I have enjoyed playing hoi4 with your mod a lot.

It seems not to work for 4k monitors, which scale the game down to 1920x1080
