alright will do! ive been talking too Tartaross, Setkan and theimmersion between the three of them ive got some good advice to propell me further on but im still stuck however setkan said he could help out when he gets some free time. fingers crossed. when i get it figured out ill make sure to create a tutorial if setkan doesnt do it 1st lol.

@CN_FireStorm I'm unable to make new skin mods with the currend ModSDK version, too.
So I don't think i can help you. Maybe you can help me once you figured it out ...

@Glorb, question did you make this player skin mod after the player model update? if so any chance i could poke your brain and ask a few questions so i can get to resurrecting my player skin mods and maybe start making more?

I wish someone would make a new skin DX9 compatible since (at least for me) the standard engineer is actually broken... I have to relay on mods that can't take the helmet of unless I go to a medbay... wich is kind of annoying.

Would love to do something like this. But as i wrote this is my first one and i am pretty unexperienced with texturing and even more with modeling, so i think i will try to modify the vanilla model first.

Not sure if you are taking requests, but I would love to see something like an engineer jumpsuit. No jetpack, no helmet, no life support. No energy requirements either. Something for use on an earth planet, using scaffolding and ladders instead of jetpack. It could also be used inside of a large ship, instead of wearing a bulky spacesuit. Something like Amanda Ripley's jumpsuit from Alien Isolation https://youtu.be/Euk0islADes for males or females.
