Description
Please thumbs up this map, the more ratings it gets, the more people will see it and subscribe, so it would help me out a lot just to click that little button! :)

Ever asked yourself "What if Stormwind City still existed today in modern day?" No? Well I did and decided to recreate the infamous zone Elwynn Forest from World of Warcraft so that you all can have a blast at recreating (Or if you're Horde, polute the ♥♥♥♥ out of) the majestic Alliance capital.

I've made the map as beautiful and detailed as possible so that anyone can enjoy this map, so even if you're not a World of Warcraft fan I hope you'll enjoy Elwynn Forest HD. Since I felt like none of the existing maps were up to current day map standards, this is a -complete- remake of Silence's map, so credits to him for creating the original map! This is my first Workshop item so I'd be glad if you helped me find any eventual bugs or problems there might be.

This map is best played with "81 tiles" and "Realistic 1.4 Temprerate" mods and I strongly advice you to use them with this map.

Also, I think it would be supercool to see some screenshots of your cities on this map down in the comments.

for anyone who wonders: the pop-up saying you need assets and mods for this to work properly - I tried a fantastic map without all recommended mods and it worked perfectly! Remember: the pop-up doesnt stop you from using the map your way - it just recommends it so you can enjoy it the same way the creator enjoyed it!

Do you have to use "Realistic 1.4 Temprerate" for this map to work? i'd rather not use it but when i subbed to it, the pop up was saying i needed it and the 81 tiles for it to function correctly

You planning on doing a horde one at some point? orgrimmar and its sarounding zones would make for interesting city building , lots of peaks and canyons and a couple of rivers
