It's a rail vehicle, not a metro vehicle. But a mod is in the works that will allow metro vehicles to run on elevated tracks. However, it will not be released until BloodyPenguin gets his computer back from repairs.

btw I you would do it or know someone who can do how about creating Hamburg-style underground train stations?
The signs can be placed separately as props with Beautification Mod and Prop Anarchy.
