Adds Ooarai Girls High School from Girls und Panzer as a civilisation to the game! Led by Anzu Kadotani.

UA:
Might of the Student Council
-20% Gold maintenance for Improvements and Armour units. +2 Spies, Can spend Gold to annex or puppet a City-State that has been your ally for 5 turns.

UB:
Academy Ship
Unique Palace replacement for Ooarai. +5 Gold, Production, Science. +2 Food and Culture. +1 Faith and Happiness. +2 Tourism upon the discovery of Flight. Great work of art slot replaced with a specialist (engineer) slot.

UUs:
Pz. 38(t) Ausf. D [COMBAT:55, MOVEMENT:5, COST:300]
Replaces the landship.
It has one extra base sight.
Available at Replacable Parts instead of Combustion.
Requires no Oil.
Can move after attacking.
No defensive terrrain bonuses.

Hetzer [COMBAT:70, MOVEMENT:5, COST:365]
Replaces the tank.
Available at Combined Arms.
Requires 1 Oil.
Has +33% Bonus against enemy armoured units.
Can move after attacking.
Has defensive terrrain bonuses unlike normal tanks.
Can be upgraded from Pz. 38(t).

Type 3 Chi-Nu [COMBAT:55, RANGED-COMBAT:65, MOVEMENT:5, COST:340]
Replaces Anti-Tank Gun.
Available at Combustion.
Requires 1 Iron.
Has a range of 1.
Has +33% Bonus against enemy armoured units.
Can move after attacking.
No defensive terrrain bonuses.
May not melee attack.

The mod was built with both expansions, and was tested on. I have not tested with just BNW, but it should still work.

I started a new game with all the mods loaded, everything seems to be in working order. I think the problem was caused when I sent all the civs and backed out to reload a mod.
