A new refreshing workshop page for Mico.

This will now be the base of operations for de_mico!! Behind the scenes, mico is in version 2.6 as of this upadate and in need of playtesting!

As of now it's quite a dead map, I am working on another project I'll let you know when it's released! The map is just quite hard to adjust and as it's one of my earliest projects, it is very un-optimized and scrappy so there would need to be yet another huge overhaul to cater for gameplay adjustments, timing adjustments, new smokes, etc.
