Finally! The theme/style for my American Eclectic home collection. It includes all the completed homes, as well as the L1 and L2 construction lots sets. Just sub to this, then to the aforementioned houses and construction lots (you need the construction lots to get through L1-2), then create a nice subdivision with a district painted over it and this theme applied, and you'll have average American Suburb growing in no time!

Any way to stop these houses outside this district? Another mod perhaps?
A condominium or neighborhood under construction looks cool. But having the whole city like this bothers me.
