Another old map, this one a little rougher around the edges and much older than gm_highrise_tower, mostly an attempt at better lighting and detailing.

Map features:

-Water Area
-Large underground building areas
-Above ground areas

As far as i can remember, this map requires Counter Strike Source.

Above ground areas look a bit strange though, as you can look over the edges and into the void, i'll be correcting that
