I found the cheats that the AI gets to be over the top on the harder difficulties, such as Legendary. I found the other No Cheat mods to make the game too easy, as the AI would just get rebellions and fall apart. This mod simply removes the following bonuses that the AI gets:

- Replenishment Rate
- Attrition resistance
- Growth bonus, for both settlements and hordes
- Free colonization of ruins
- Upkeep reduction
- Recruitment cost reduction
