Try:

Verify game files in Steam
Disable all other mods.

I checked. "stratum2" is not in the files modified. Font is not modified, jus the position & size. So it's probably some other workshop mod giving you this.

Hi, this doesn't seem to work on my PC. When I reload hud by pressing F5, it says unable to load win32 font file stratum2-bold etc. Any fix? Thanks.

You need to put "hud_reloadscheme" into the console
