23.September '16:
I uninstalled the game and the Assembly Kit for now and will not update my mods, I will keep track of the game/modkit if it improves but as it is of now I'm not interested to continue.

All Legendary Lords have 0 Upkeep now.

Tables modified: main_units

Savegame-Compatible: Yes
