Imperial German Namelist

Description
A namelist based on Imperial Germany (1871-1918). Ships are based mostly on the High Seas Fleet, armies are based on the Imperial german army (with some liberties as Germany did not, in fact, have Psi Troops). Planet names are mostly based on German colonies and "thematic" names.

I suggest use with the Imperial German portrait mod.

wtf do you mean imperial germany didnt have psi troops?!
