If you look at the screenshot I uploaded you'll see that I have a picture of all the soldiers standing together that took 50 minutes to do

Its completely IMPOSSIBLE! The ones pictured above are new recruits that don't know much about the game, and it took a good thirty minutes to get on the road. We were then instantly blown up.

Is it like hard to manage convoys? Or is the community mature enough to do this kinda stuff
