Mevious and Zogor experienced this before. The problem relates to some maps released in 2012. Reuploading fixed the issue.

Hopefully the shortcuts involving certain possible portable panels and flinging was fixed.

If not please ,explain exatcly what you did,thanks once again!

I just used flinging to get to the swtich and then to the exit, might want to adjust the white panels a bit, didn't even have to mess with the cube or the light pathways.

I may have found a potential exploit. You can get on the rail platform with the cube and then shoot your other portal color (opposite the one you used to get on the moving platform where the cube is) at the second hard light area (with the cube placement button.) Then you can let the platform take you to the wall portal and go through and place the cube in the container--skipping the need to even press the first hard light button.

Though clever, the test elements are really spread out, which makes it a pain to interact with multiple pieces at once. The size of the room could easily be pared down while still maintaining the original spirit of the test. Still a very cool chamber, though!
