Sparks is one of the playable mercs from the F2P game "Dirty Bomb" by Nexon America & Splash Damage.

This voice packs features :
- 252 lines with radio effect added
- No direct references to the name "Sparks" (in case you want to name her otherwise)
- Special lines for healing & reviving abilities
- An ironic paradox

Hello, they don't. You should download & use the pack from CapRum https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1136324279 He made all the voices from DB and his pack his WOTC compatible :)

@Saint that's just an image of Sparks from Dirty Bomb edited onto an XCOM background with XCOM 2 in front of her.

In other words, no mod, the clothing isn't in XCOM 2 at all (yet).
