Description
Mod that adds Hoenn, lead by Wallace, as a Civilization to the game. Hoenn features a completely new ability, as well as a brand new unit and a new building. Hoenn is both player and AI playable. Hoenn is great at making money, and reward players who settle near the coast, and have an ocean-focused style of gameplay.

Version: beta-2.0
- Fixed a bug where the player would not receive a ferry station for free after researching compass.

Ability
(Maritime Foundation) Cities settled near the coast start with additional territory. They also start with a building, the Seaside Market. The Seaside Market provides +2 Gold for Ocean resources, and +1 Gold on all other Ocean tiles.

Unit
(Pokemon Ranger) Replaces the Scout. Starts with +1 Sight and Survivability.

Building
(Ferry Station) Replaces the Habor. Provides a +10% increase in Gold generated from City Connections. A free Ferry Station is built in the capital when Compass is researched.

Discovered your civs today, I love how distinct their playstyles feel. Wallace is probably by far my most liked so far (still have yet to give orre a try though), I'm loving dat wealth.

Dunno if its actually op, or if its only op cause of other mods I put in the game but seems really strong.

It's a small bug that happens when a city can't load a particular building's graphics correctly. I'll have to examine each building and confirm its graphics are set properly, but it isn't at the top of my to-do list because it isn't game breaking.

When using this and the other Poké-civs you've made, the cities are just bare patches of land. I see a lighthouse on the coast of the starting city for this one, but otherwise there is nothing.

I imagine Contest Hall is being reserved for Sinnoh. I also agree with purple; the leader should be Steven. But at least we'll hopefully see Cynthia with Sinnoh.
