Da Nang (Born to Kill)

Born To Kill: Vietnam - INS

Description
A map for the Born to Kill: Vietnam mod set in the Da Nang Airbase.

Marines have been called in to reinforce the depleted garrison at Danang. Comms have gone quiet, the current forces are holding back the VC assault, get in there and drive them out!

Long sightlines and wide open spaces contrast with tight buildings and areas, providing players freedom to dominate the battlefield whatever weapon they choose. Firefights erupt spontaneously around planes, hangars and barracks, watch out for dangerous flanking routes or you might just find half your team on the ground and a rifle barrel levelled at you.

So atm, the servers' maps are outdated?
The Kommissar  [author] 31 Dec, 2016 @ 10:39am
Might be because I updated it and the server hasn't - or the server has updated it and you haven't - the only time I've had this problem before is after updating files so I think thats the problem facing you at the moment
Oh, it's Zach 31 Dec, 2016 @ 9:44am
The game says my "Danang" differs from the one it wants me to have?

Nice dude, looking foward to playing on this if/when the mod is out. I was legit just watching a documentary about this yesterday.

It's hard to find decent props for the stuff back in the 60s, I limited myself to stuff that was before '75 if that helps you at all (although ofc US wouldn't be involved then but hey at the end of the day my history exam is separate to the map!)
