Skull Kid Witch Sound MOD [Zelda Majora's Mask]

Description
This mod replaces all (or nearly all) the witch music and sounds for some of the Skull Kid's from Majora's Mask.

I'm on it. I'm having many problems but slowly making some progress. Also I will probably redo the sounds, I noticed some strange noise that needs to be removed.
