General Oddone's Abilities are as follows:

UA: Bakana
All melee units gain a random Twitch chat/Oddone themed promotion after entering their first combat. In addition to this, all units fight as if they were undamaged.

UU: Weeb Swordsman
Lead Twitch Chat into battle in the form of the Weeb Swordsman! The Weeb Swordsman has the same strength as the Great War Infantry, which it replaces. It also has a bonus to producing Great Generals as well as Shock II.

UB: Clown Fiesta
Clown Fiesta replaces the circus, removing any pre-requisite resources or maitenance, since clowns are plentiful and free. Eventually, some clowns may discover something, leading to an increase in discovery. Clown Fiesta will provide a boost to science output as the clowns slowly discover how to not act like clowns. 40% science per citizen
