X2DebugItem Fix

Description
Fix a bug where selecting secondary/heavy weapons in x2debugitems will cause your camera to lock up. Also fix a bug where x2debugitems not granting abilities from weapon upgrades (No vanilla upgrade uses this but some mods may use it, and this would be the only way to test them without going through a strategic layer).

Compability:
This mod overrides UIDebugItems

Right, guess what I ment to say was *also* put them in a single mod/patch along with the singles incase us lazy people dont want to search for every fix. :steambored:

I don't want to put them all into a single one because i don't want to make it easily conflict with too many mods.

Can you put all your Bug Fix's in to one mod/patch? Sorry if it's asking to much. I'll just download them one at a time. :steammocking:
