Harleys Hammer

This adds a rather large hammer commonly used by a famous Villainess!
Currently usable by the Ranger class as an alternative secondary weapon.

It is not tintable and does not take weapon patterns.
There is no unique model for each tier, only the stats change.

Stats are identical to the base values of the Ranger Swords.

The Tier 3 burning effect has been replaced by a chance to Stun and/or Disorient.

Current Upgrade Costs:
Tier 2 (Arc): 50 Materials
Tier 3 (Fusion): 75 Materials

The upgrade costs can be tweaked in XComHarleysHammer.ini if you feel it's over or under valued.

To create Harley as depicted in the screenshots, you will need the Anarchies Children DLC for the hair style,
and my separate textures mod called Heroes Pack for the face paint and costume pattern.
