В каждом md5mesh файле исправить (файлы текстовые):
MD5Version 11 на 10
Внутри mesh { .. } убрать блок:
flags {
vertexColor
}

Должно импортировать распространенным софтом

Сколько не пытался, находил скрипты на блендер и 3д макс, ни один не работает
