Units Wake When Upgradeable

Have you ever come across a forgotten Archer when you're deep in the Medieval Era? Or a Trireme when you're in the Industrial Era?

When a human player has fortified or sleeping units with an available upgrade, they will wake.

Limitations: The unit must be ready to upgrade. This means that:

• It's in your territory
  
• You have any requisite resource (Iron, Horse, etc)
  
• You have enough gold

You can set the code to wake the unit, give a notification, or both in the WakeUnits.lua file.
