Great People Do Not Ignore Borders

Description
The Rival Territory promotion is removed from Great People.
Initially meant to keep Great Prophets out of my territory, I expanded it to include all non-military Great People.

Your mod fails to stop Great Prophets. They even convert my capital, which never happens without the mod. Without, they typically target one or two cities. But this seems to create a situation where I cannot adequately track foreign prophets and now have to spend greater energy to rid myself of them.

This isn't working for me. I have Great Prophets and Great Artists entering still.

Huh. I just trap offensive units like that in a ring of my military units. Breaks the tedium inbetween turns.

Kailoss you took the words right out of my mouth. EVERY SINGLE TIME around turn 300 a Great Prophet comes in out of nowhere, converts my capital, and then just loiters until my own Great Prophet runs out of religious strength.

Never again will I have to wage a war just to eliminate one lonely prophet. Thank you! :D
Although if that other comment about inquisitors is true... I might not actually need this after all.

The testing was minimal, but it appears to work. It has the same code as this mod, just a change in unit type.
