I use it only for the assets that are too large to grow when zoned due to game limitations and are really interesting.
The best option so far is to use the same regular growable stuff, plop it by using plop growable mod, and save their look as a historical building (they will keep levelling up). Plop the growable even has that option built in.
Rico's menu opens up showing only 1 line of assets, regardless the fact that you can change how many rows of assets is displayed (it simply leaves other rows empty), forcing you to keep scrolling (sideways to the right or left and there is no bar to grab it by your mouse coursor and speed it up) which is absolutely slow.
And if somehow, among hundreds of your assets, you remember the name of it - just keep scrolling until you find it.
On top of it i haven't quite worked yet where to find unique buildings that are rico.
So, no. A big NO to any rico stuff that doesn't have to be rico.
The author's buildings look nice but some of them unfortunately are just RICO. This one is categorised as a low commercial.
Only description is misleading (as it happens in some cases).
