This asset is only used with RICO! mod. Without RICO mod it is a park without any functions and stats.

1-464-1 - series of soviet panel tenements. It has 5 floors and 4 entrances. One of most mass series in USSR, it was built in early 60's in almost all cities of Soviet Union.

@tallet.romain, oh, may be that's stupid question, but are you trying to scroll RICO panel?)

No it's not a problem Alex, cause I have the RICO mod, and if I look in my RICO panel, I only get a few assets, but most of my others assets compatible with RICO are not visible...
That's a shame, but, I also supposed that you may not be the good person to answer my question...
I rather should ask the RICO mode creator...

@tallet.romain, without RICO thats park :D Sorry for this, it was a bit stupid idea, so all my RICO-buildings in future will be Uniques. :D

humm... so it's supposed to be in the Unique Building, but, I'm sorry I don't find it... neither in the RICO panel ( and it's the same for some others building compatible with the RICO mod )
Someone can help me?
I know that it s maybe a very simple and stupid problem, but I don't know how to solve it
