Kingdom Death HD Reorganized + expansions

This is a reorganization of Bobsen's Kingdom Death HD mod. I simply moved stuff around, added snap points to make placement easier, and set up (semi)usable character sheets.

The Expansions were pulled from Halfwig's Kingdom Death + Expansions mod.

The expansion rulebooks for a few of the expansions were provided by maximo1984.

I take no credit for any assets used in this mod, this is simply an amalgamation and reorganization of others' mods.

Since TTS has no support for character-sheet-type items as of yet, the sheets still need the clunky vector paint tool to write in the text boxes. But the checkboxes all have snaps, and there is a bag of check counters on each sheet, as well as the settlement record. The numbers are multi-state 1-10 (unlock and flip for negatives) and can be changed by mousing over and typing 1-10. For most text fields, I recommend just scaling down copies of the cards themselves and laying them there to make things easier to reference and save.

The tried-and true tablet method is supported as well. An infinite bag of blank character sheet tablets is on the settlement record, as well as a bag for storing ongoing survivor record tablets.
