Description
Have your beaches raise land values, and attract tourists, as they should !


How to use the asset :
Build a road at 10 units (1 square) away from the water, parallel to the water edge (see screenshot). Build the park. You can follow the same pattern over and over, alternating the 2 parks of the same size for better effect, to build a straight line of beaches (which I did on the screenshots).

The 8x8 and 12x8 version have the same length, and can be mixed. The 8x8 have a smaller width. Check the collection for the others similar parks.

Use Lord Rato assets, all thanks to him for those assets !

WARNING : Lord Rato's assets are needed to use the park, you should have a tooltip asking you to download them. Otherwise, they will not show, but the park should still work though.

i ve been searching that kind of sand for myh beaches .
Please let me know how to paint the surface without starting a new map

I used a mod. I think (been a long time though) it was the older version of http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=688156204

I linked the new one, because the modder said there was an issue with the old file.

how do you get blue water like that? mine is darker blue.
