Welcome new modder! Great work. Looking forward to see more from you. The red spotlights on the roof are turning surrounding buildins red. Maybe texture based illumination is a better option.

great first mod, looks true to the original building. I would add a few pictures of the tower in game to give the building a little more context. Good luck with modeling. In the future I would try and limit your tris for your LOD to below 400 or so depending on the structure. It's more work but it helps to greatly reduce the computational impact when you zoom out.

Yes Ill try to make it RICO. I just have to figure out how to switch type without loosing the props that I already placed. Give me a day. Ill try to have it up by end of tomorrow:)

any chance you're going to make it RICO-compatible? So we can plop it and make it function like an actual highrise residential or office? It looks great so I'd like to use it and that would be my first choice.
